Meet the founders
Dawn & Douglas. was founded by sisters Hannah Blakely and Amy D’Costa. We grew up as Robertsons, and the name comes from our parents’ middle names.
We started the business because we believe good ideas need more than a plan. They need people who understand the challenge, a practical way forward, and the capability to make change happen. We bring complementary experience and a hands-on approach to help turn ambition into lasting outcomes.

A farmer, business owner and experienced regional leader with a background spanning primary industries, organisational leadership and governance. She brings expertise in stakeholder and relationship management, building collaboration across organisations and communities, and turning complex challenges into practical solutions.
An experienced digital change manager with a background in product strategy, digital transformation and adoption across government and the private sector. She connects strategic thinking with operational realities to turn innovation into practical value.
